Cramps at ovulation
I know this may be a dumb question....but when I get the cramps does this mean I already o'd or does this mean I am getting ready to o and I have not missed my window?

Since tracking I've noticed the cramps go away once ovulation is confirmed.

From what I read cramps happen after ovulation as a result of liquid that is left behind in the uterus from the egg breaking through the follicle. But who knows!
