Cramps during Ovulation
I have been having these mild cramps since I got my  . I still have them slightly today so I am hoping if we bd tonight that will help for the month.
Should the cramps stop once I ovulate?
Also Once I get my you do ovulate within a day or so right?

with an OPK, you should O anywhere between 12 and 36 hours after your and once you O the cramps "should" go away...
If after you O the cramps you may feel are from the residual fluids that are released during O... sometimes that can make you feel more crampy...
