Counting CD question
After my pregnancy losses, I have noticed that my AF/pre-AF symptoms have changed. I never used to get any spotting prior to CD 1 and now I usually have about 2-4 days of spotting prior to when AF goes into full-effect.
My question is, do I begin counting CD1 at the start of spotting or when it gets heavier? I don't want to start counting too soon or too late.
