if your garbage pick up is EARLY?
Like 5-5:30 ...how do you tip?
Our tme change 6 months ago...9therwise I would hand deliver

Maybe tape it to the inside lid of the pail?
I know our guys sent something around a few weeks ago saying to do that.

I heard that people go around and steal the tips taped to lids.
I think I might just wake up at 4:30 and listen for them.

I don't have a suggestion but I do know that our garbage men left a holiday postcard in our mailbox and in tiny print it said please do not tape gifts or money to can lids. It gets stolen.

Our current garbage men did the same, as did the crew we had in previous years.
You can probably find out the address of who does your carting by looking on your town calendar, but you'd need to call them up to find out who the driver & helpers are for your street.

Take your neighborhood into consideration. We tape ours, but live on a dead end street with only about 10 houses having year round residents. I've never heard of envelopes being stolen IRL only on LIF.
