Can someone PLEASE buy the house across the street from me?
They're talking about renting it if they don't sell soon!!!!!! I am trying to sell their house for them at this point, lol
No one looking in Bellmore? Its a really nice house!

I wish someone would buy the house accross the street from me too!
Thouse house next door sold so fast, they never got to put the for sale sign in the ground! But this house across the street has seen a lot of traffic but no bites and price reduction.

I wish someone would buy the house accross the street from me too!
Thouse house next door sold so fast, they never got to put the for sale sign in the ground! But this house across the street has seen a lot of traffic but no bites and price reduction.

Neither! The 699k splanch is wayyyyyyy overpriced.
The people have it listed as Bellmore even though its N Bellmore...

if i was looking in li i would totally buy that house that is super cheap compared to where i am looking in queens, and the taxes arent that much more there

Because my mom has been a landlord for 25 years and your chances of finding good tenants are one in a million. They tend to not take care of the property as well as homeowners and honestly at this point it's rare they pay rent at all. Her current tenant owes her 3k!!!
Add to that the horror stories I read on here about peoples neighbors that rent and its something I'm just not ok with,

I agree with you. I am not a fan of rentals around my home that I own simply b/c renters don't take care of the house the way an owner might. I like consistency and new renters every year or two doesnt sit right with me as a property owner.

Sorry your mom has had such terrible luck with tenants. Guess my parents' lottery win came in the form of always having wonderful tenants....
