Yet another CBEFM question!!!
AF arrived today so I went to read the manual for my CBEFM on how to set it for this cycle (this will be my 2nd cycle using it). It said if you got your period during the day (after your "testing time") that you should wait until the next morning's testing window & then enter that as day 1 of your cycle. I'm confused....since AF arrived today (around 2:45pm to be exact!  ), wouldnt TODAY be CD 1, NOT tomorrow???
I'm frustrated that AF is here & that once again this TTC cr*p is confusing. enough already!!!
anyone have any input? TIA

No, this is not true! Just hold the "M" button for a few seconds more and the 1 will turn to 2. So tomorrow you will start the monitor on CD2

I would count tomorrow as CD2 especially b/c if you chart, you would put that today you rec'd AF which would mark a new cycle and today would be CD1. I had this issue this cycle and I made it so my chart and CBEFM were on the same day.

Yea, you're right..I just read that. That doesnt really make sense though since technically CD1 is the first day of full flow

that is what the book says. thats what i did as well.

that is what the book says. thats what i did as well.
Yea, I just read that. That is strange though...why would it count as day 1 when its actually day 2 of your period
