OK I feel old and lame. I'm 31 and we probably wont be buying our first home for at least another 2 years. We love where we're renting and have no desire to move.
I'm impressed with everyone who could afford to buy a home so young!!!!!!

Dh and I (back then FH and I) bought our first home (an investment home) when I was 23 and he was 24. We just bought our second investment home at 25 for me and DH is 27, which we are living in now.
We are in the process of building a home in PA which should be finished by 2007 as well.
So all in all we have purchased three houses since the age of 23. We are on a roll and looking forward to purchasing another invsmt. home next year (2007)

Neither DH nor I have bought our first home yet...we're both "renters" for about 10 years.
I'm 29/30 - he's 31.

We do not own a home yet. I am 28 Dh will be 30 in a couple of weeks. We are hoping to buy a house by the end of 2007
