Question for those who get O pains?
Do you get them before your positive OPK, after a positive OPK or at the same time as a positive?
And can it vary for you month to month?
Trying to hold on to a glimmer of hope here that i didn't O yet. Will try to bd tonight so at least i have a small chance.

I usually get O pains the day of or the day after a positive OPK but I think I tend to O pretty fast after I get a positive OPK
