question about gas pains
I been having really bad gas pains at night. I mean where I wake up and they are really bad. Is there anything I could do for it and has anyone experienced it. the pain get so bad i was want to cry.

I have the same problem. They are so uncomfortable. My doctor said I could take tums but they do not really work. Sometimes walking around helps though. It moves things around.....

gas-x is actually safe to take and helps a little. when they get really bad i take a warm bath to relax and release some of the gas.
