Soon enough we will ALL get our BFP's  
What are your plans as far as childcare for your LO? Do you plan to be a SAHM, daycare, nanny, family member? Have you researched costs associated with it?

SAHM but still working....I work in an office a few days a week, but I'm alone there so I plan to bring my LO with me. I work from home 1-2 days a week as well so I wont have to change anything at all.

As of now, the plan is for my SIL which is a SAHM to watch my LO. I truly hope that she does not get the itch to go back to work before I get my BFP.

I'd love to be a part time SAHM, but I don't think my company would allow me to do that...
We will probably have family help us with child care. If not, then day care is the next option...
I have looked into a nanny just to have an idea of cost. DH rather not go that route though...

My game plan is to be a SAHM and work part time. DH's job allows him to be home a few days out of the week. I am hoping to find a flexible part time job that will allow me to work on DH's schedule. If not, than we will prob get a babysitter for the days we are both working.

Daycare and my MIL. I do not want to be a SAHM in any shape or form. I told DH he can if he wants to. I have the benefits and make more so it would be more practical for him to stay home if one of us were to.

If I am still working where I work, there is a day care on campus. I hope to be financially stable to be able to work part time, but who knows. My MIL has always said she will retire when we have kids so she can watch them, but we'll see.

mix of day care/babysitter and 1 day a week of mom helping us out for as long as she is willing. my sister has offered, but she has 3 kids and it would be rough on our long work schedules to drive to and from her everyday. Might consider doing it once a week just for the savings $$$

Most likely daycare unless dh gets an amazing job where I can't take a few years to be able to stay home.

Probably daycare. My sister is a SAHM. I've thrown the idea out there to pay her instead and she will not do it.

When I had my son 16 years ago I stayed at home til he was 2. I became a preschool teacher so I could still be with him but, now i have been stuck there for 14 years and having a baby is my way out of there, hopefully. Once I we have a baby Im staying home for atleast 6 months and we will go from there. SAHM but, maybe a nanny at the sametime.
