HELP - what is considered CD1??
Spotting or actual flow?
I started spotting last thursday (4/28) - it was light and only once mid-day. Then again on Friday night (4/29) - again light and only the one time. Both instances were brown - no pink or red. AF came in full force on Saturday 4/30...so my question is...when was my CD 1 - when I started sptting on 4/28 or on 4/30 when AF came for sure?

Your CD1 is 4/30.
Spotting doesn't count as CD1.
