What is considered CD1?

I woke up this morning and had some spotting. I am 13dpo and on CD25. My LP is usually 16. What is considered CD1? Usually I dont get spotting before AF so I am not sure Chat Icon

I got my Peak reading on CD10 and 11.

Here is my chart. My temps were really wacky because I was sick all month and now have mono Chat Icon Thanks!

CD1 is the first day of full flow where you would need a pad or tampon

ITA.

Since your temps can't necessarily be trusted this month because of the mono - I'd rely on the CBEFM results to determine when you O'd.

Was today just spotting?

ETA: If you discarded your CD 5 temps, you might get a better "looking" chart if that helps.

I discarded the CD5 temp and it still says that I O'd on CD12. If I relied on the CBEFM, I would have ovulated CD10 or 11?? I guess this cycle is going to be messed up Chat Icon

ETA: I am only spotting today.
