What is considered CD1?
I usually have slight spotting the first day, then medium spotting the second day. 3rd day is usually very light flow. 4th and 5th day is heavy.
Should the first slight spotting day be CD1?
Sorry if TMI.

The day you start your full flow/bleed. Not while you are spotting.
