SATURDAY QOTD

Being up early on Saturdays always brings back memories of my Saturdays as a kid. I remember waking up extra early to watch my favorite cartoons ( School house rock, looney toons, Bobby's world, Tom & Jerry). Most of the time my Dad would take me to breakfast, if not I would grab a bowl of lucky charms (still my favorite cereal).

Sundays were the fun mornings in our house. My dad would go get bagels EVERY Sunday. He would make me a salt with melted butter. I think thats what my sister would have too.

Then we had those folding metal floor snack trays, I had a strawberry shortcake my sister had a my little pony one.

We would sit on the floor (we were allowed to eat in the den on Sunday mornings!) and watch all the cartoons that were on!

We still do bagel Sundays with DS here at our house!
