Help with cbefm
I am currently on cd4 and am trying to set the monitor I am completely lost does anybody know how to set it and also do I set it for today cd4 or start for tomorrow?

you would set it to start tomorrow, i set it at cd3 so your fine as long as you set it within the first 5 days i believe. Just press and hold the "m" buttom until you see CD1.

You won't actually test tomorrow. You don't test till it asks for tests, but you need to set it in the morning, then turn it on around the same time every morning till it asks you to test. Do you have the instruction book? I had to read mine daily at first?

Ok so I don't have to set the time just turn it on the sane time every am until it asks for a test. So I will set it to day 5 tomorrow am. That's all I do

Yep turn it on every morning. When it is ready for you to start testing, it will show the test symbol. I just realized though I set mine Day 1 and it asked me to test Day 6, so yours might ask you to test the first or second day, just be prepared. Then I continued to test every morning. Once you get a Peak, it will go into automatic and you will get a second peak and then a high. After that, you don't need to test anymore, but still turn it on every morning.
