Wednesday QOTD
Today's question is inspired by the episode of A Baby Story that just came on. The woman was happy they didn't schedule her c-section until 10am so she could squeeze in one last workout!
So, what will you do to stay active during your workout? Are you already a fitness fanatic or will your main workout be walking back and forth to the fridge?
For myself, I'm not very good at staying active. I'm hoping DH and I will go for lots of walks, which we do now when the weather is nice. Other than that, we love going for bike rides but I'm pretty sure I won't want to sit on a bike while pregnant! Maybe if I'm motivated enough I'll join a prenatal yoga class. I think that would be a fun thing to get involved with!

Re: Wednesday QOTD
I like to walk and do yoga now and I just started zumba. So my plan is to definitely take a walk everyday and hopefully keep up with yoga and zumba. But honestly if I can get a walk in everyday I would be ok with that.

Re: Wednesday QOTD
the past several months i have been super unmotivated to work out. it's terrible. I am hoping when I am pregnant to at least go for long walks like you mentioned. I want to do something to be somewhat active.

Re: Wednesday QOTD
Right now I do a lot of spinning and Real Ryding and hope to continue that as long as I can. I would just love to walk everyday when I am preggers, that would be my goal. Oh and prenatal yoga sounds awesome!

Re: Wednesday QOTD
I guess I'm already somewhat of a fitness fanatic. I do cardio (walking or running) 4-5 days/week, pilates or yoga every morning and weights 3 times/week. I know I can't do pilates while preggers, so I hope to continue w/some form of cardio and maybe light weights.
I also agree w/Jenny614 - prenatal yoga sounds awesome.

As of now I just walk and do yoga a few times a month. I hope to be able to keep that up.
