What to use to increase EWCM?
Ok, so Robutussin helps to loosen the CM up by the cervix but may not make the "visible" mucus looser so is there anything out there that I can take/do that can help the CM that you would see when you wipe yoursel more visible?

I think that if it's loose by your cervix that's all that really matters, right?! If you aren't sure if it's working, maybe you should check your CM internally.

Good point. I actually do check my cervix and dont really notice much of a difference.

I've been trying to drink more water to increase my CM. Maybe that will help a little!

I'm the same way. I hate water. I'm like a camel, I don't drink much lol. I read that the best thing you can do for CM is to drink more water, so I am trying!!

Yea, lol and water is beneficial in so many other ways. I really try but I just cant drink the recommended 8 cups a day

ITA, water makes all the difference for me. I've also heard grapefruit juice.

There is something called FertileAid that I heard of. I looked at it on Amazon and I was going to buy it but it would have gotten here to late. I am trying mucinex this month but if it doesn't work I am totally going to buy the FertileAid for next month.

So FertileAid is specially for CM or is it used for trying to conceive purposes in general?

Will do! Im due for AF next Tues. So if she comes I will order it that week.  I just looked it up on Amazon and there were quite a number of woman who had positive things to say about it. Thanks again for sharing.
