Can you use pre-seed if you haven't had EWCM?
or is that the whole point of using it?

thats the whole point....It can help aid the sperm in swimming where they gotta go. Thats why I use it....

Thanks Donna. I felt weird about asking, but I was concerned with my lack of EW lately that I would be wasting it when it's time to use it

Know that increasing your water intake and eating some baby carrots may help increase your natural cm as well

I've been increasing my water and eating baby carrots about 5 days after AF ends. Always get very creamy, but never egg white. I've also taken the regular Robitussin which really makes it thicker too.

I've used pre-seed for that problem...I have no EWCM
Also the past months I've tried Robitussin the and have had EWCM both months....just have to make sure you use the right one which is the Guaifenesin (Expectorant) one...has a green label..

We've been using the preseed too.
I don't ever see any CM - even with carrots and water.
But at my post-coital on Monday the doc said I had lots of good quality CM. It just doesn't "show" for me.
