Re: Newbie question
Hmm, FF says it can occur before, during and maybe after. Have you been taking OPKs and the've all been negative, or did you just take one today? I would just keep taking OPKs and monitoring CM. If you already Oed, CM would most likely not be EWCM.

No, haven't been doing OPKs until today. We literally just got on the same page about TTCing, so I'm starting right in the middle and just hoping for the best...but not keeping my fingers crossed for this month! Thanks so much for the response!
How long is your cycle normally? I think, again depends on cycle length, most people start testing with OPKs on CD 10. Keep testing at least until CD 20 if you have average length cycles and see what happens. Hopefully you'll get a before that.

Re: Newbie question
If your cycle is 26 days, you may be Oing early. Mine is 27-28, and I usually O CD 12-14. Good luck and welcome!!!

Re: Newbie question
What type of opk are you using? I just ask because I only would get a positive with the Clearblue easy smiley opk's and not the cheapie line one's.

Re: Newbie question
if youre cramping and see the right consistency in CM, !!
OPKs are generally not 100% reliable. The best way to tell when youre most fertile is to go by CM.
Good luck and welcome!!
