Unexpected :-)
3 days earlier than last month. Go figure. I guess I will ovulate tomorrow exactly on CD 14. Fingers crossed this works. My RE suggested IUI. Thought we had coverage for it so we were going to go ahead with it next month and find out today they won't activate my benefits until 6 months of trying even though it took me 9 months with DS. AHHHHHH! I'm over it. Focusing on the positive and hoping it's our month and if it's not I'll focuson getting wasted at the Christmas party.

Re: Unexpected :-)
The bummer is our first BD around O was CD 12 since I was figuring I'd O around day 16-17 again. So we'll do CD 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 And hope that we catch it.

Re: Unexpected :-)
I have a question though, how do you prove you've been trying for 6 months? I never spoke to a doctor about TTCing, how does insurance know how long I've been trying?

You don't. They just take you word for it. I just got screwed out of my benefits because I've only been trying. Two months. I didn't want to lie b/c I just had my iud out and figured they could track that. They didn't care I sat an RE with my son. I hate Aetna right now.

That makes sense. I have Aetna too, I haven't looked into much though.

If you do have Infertility coverage and you do see and RE whatever you do tell Aetna you've been trying for 6 months. If I didn't have an IUD removed that I was worried they could trace back to I would have told them 6 months.
