Anyone ever get scared to weigh in?
This week due to work and my kids I havent been to the gym much and I ate lots of bad things
I am scared to weigh in!!

I'm scared lately, because I gained a bit over the past few months and now I'm on the line between the 140s and 150. So I get scared I will cross that line.

i'm super scared. i haven't been to ww in a couple of weeks. a lot of things have been going on lately but i have to get back on track. i can't wait to get weighed in so i have a fresh new start again.

Me too! (fridays) Even if I know I did good, I still feel anxious until I get the official weigh in over with!

 i use to be .... but dh has said to me as long as i have been eating healthy thats the most important thing. and says that he doesnt care what i weigh this week, but but I weigh next August(my leader actually gave me a star to give to him for this).... you just have to look at it as a long term way of life...
also some things i like to do for weigh in... i have a couple pieces of clothing with the same weight that i consistently use. I also try to avoid restaurants the two nights before i weigh in so that its not salt retention

i weighed in the first time on thurs after doing one week at home and the scale told me there is a six pound different from my home scale and there scale (so i weighted 6lbs more) i was rather ******.
So from sunday on is soup/salads and 0-1 point snackies.
