Confused - O and OPK?
This is my first real month actually "trying" to conceive so I bought an OPK. I tested everyday and Monday I got my postive as well as Tuesdsay and Wednesday of this week. Just wondering if I get a positive tonight (Thursday) would that mean it's not working properly? Forgive my ignorance but don't you O for just 3 days???
Also, I do have irregular and longer cycles and haven't noticed any EWCM, does this always happen when O'ing? I feel like I am O'ing though because I have def been getting cramping.

the OPK tells you when you get your LH surge and that you should O within 12-36 hours...
after you get 1 positive test there is no need to test again... just  for the next few days

Thanks for your help! Here is another question. I've gotten a postive result like every day this week, is that supposed to happen? I didn't think it was normal to have positive LH surges for more than like 2 or 3 days? Do you think there is an issue? Thanks so much!

i have no idea about that... but i would definitely call your doc and mention it to them!

Ive read that if you get 3 positives LH surges in a row you should contact your Dr.

Please do not get upset and of course I am by no means a medical professional, but I would contact my doctor.
ETA: I just looked online and they said 3 days is okay, but to check with a doctor b/c you could have elevated LH levels which is what the OPK is testing.
