just one more i promise... If I got my smiley face on sunday is that the first day of ovulation. so today (monday) would be 1dpo??? sorry just never used an opk before. My cycle is super regular and the first time i got pregnant (mc) I got pregnant the first month we tried without an opk because I usually can feel when I'm ovulating and from which side too. I thought my cycle may be off after the mc but obviously not. anyway just curious when to start the countdown till i can test. this is going to be a long 2ww! ahhh

When you get a smiley, you can O that day (I usually do) but most people usually O the next day or even the day after that. The only way to confirm is to temp. If you got a yesterday, just today and tomorrow and don't worry about counting dpos.

You should O within 12-36 hours of the last smiley you get (some girls surge for 2 days some for only one some, like me for only about 12 hours) The only way to know when you actuallly did O is to temp. OPK's only can tell your body is preparing to O.
