facuet.com is a great website... we got all our fixtures from there as well as lighting and the towel bar, toilet paper holder, etc.
vanity and tile we got from Swan kitchen tile and bath
tub our contractor ordered for us
toilet - home depot.

Vanity- Ours was Kraftmaid ordered from HD. But if you are looking for something basic try Costco. My BIL got his from there for his half bath, its really nice and came with the granite top. The top was cracked upon delivery and they replaced it with no problems.
Tub - we ordered ours through my uncle (a plumber) but try HD
Toilet - also HD
Tile - Cancos in East Northport

Green Art Plumbing Supply in Freeport- you get everything at wholesale price.....i got a great deal on my tub/toilet/sink/vanity/medicine cabinet/light/fixtures. They mostly carry Kohler but they do have other stuff if you are looking.
ETA- tiles I got at Rai Tile and Marble

We did two bathrooms:
Our master is a 3/4 bath.
Shower: Blackmans
Vanity: Lowes
Toilet (Toto): Bought online at HomeClick.com
Tile: Special order from Home Depot
Shower fixtures came from showerbuddy.com (we got at 3-headed shower).
Our downstairs bathroom.
Claw-footed Tub: Tub King online (would not recommend)
Vanity: Home Depot special order
Toilet: Blackmans
Tile: Fastfloors.com (pretty good)

tiles we got from lowes
cabinetry (one on wall, one on floor and mirror- all matching) from home goods!
we left the pedestal sink and tolilet but switched out the hardware -all from lowes
