Novarel hCG question...
Ok so I am a little confused. I have used the ovidrel shot in the past but they gave me Novarel this time for my trigger shot. I am having my IUI done Monday morning and am told to trigger tomo night. The box says its for intramuscular use only, and the Dr's instructions say to inject subcutaneously into abdomen, buttock, or arm ???? how can it say for intramuscular use ONLY on the box and then be told to give myself sub q??????? I am sooooo confused anyone have any experience with this?

Re: Novarel hCG question...
I think I recall the same thing and questioning it and them saying to do it as they instructed, not the box...
It's like some of the IVF meds say to not use if you are pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant - LOL
I would still put a call in to your RE if they are in before its time to do it so that you feel at ease about it
