Im sorry some mothers are just idiots when it coes to bringing their sick children around other kids. I hope you dont get what she was passing out!

As long as neither of them touched your DD or anything she puts in her mouth you should be pretty safe. If she had a tummy bug she would most likely eat less. Sounds more like a growth spurt.Chat Icon

I'm agreeing with others on the fact that she's an idiot. To throw up once in a car isn't as worrisome since occasionally something doesn't agree - diarrhea & throw up???! no way. I'm surprised you dont' have a 24 hour sick policy for your group.

This is the reason why I am still leary to bring my DD out. Not that I want to keep her in a bubble forever. But some people don't use their brains! Hopefully your DD didn't get what it was that they had.

I totally agree. My mother watches my son and also sits for my 2 cousins children ( 2 and 4) and they always bring the child sick without telling my mother they are sick until they get there and not even being worried about my son catching it.

It drives me insane because a simple phone call is all it takes to say, "hey so and so is sick Im going to stay" or just a heads up would be nice.
