Progesterone injections
When do you stop with the progesterone injections once you've gotten your BFP with IVF? And when do you "graduate" to your regular OB? Thanks!

the nurse today told me i have to continue the progesterone injections for 12 weeks, i don't know about going to regular ob

I think you need to ask your Dr. I know I am switching for the PIO to suppositories... I have to say, I would rather to the shot!

They started to ween me at 7 weeks. By 8 weeks I was completely off and was released by my RE to my regular OBGYN

This is about right for me too... Around 8 Weeks, I didn't have to do suppositories... Thank god!

I did PIO until 11 weeks and graduated from my RE at 10 weeks (didn't see my OB until 12 weeks)

same for me, dropped down to 1/2cc in week 7 and stopped week 8

first off..congrats! I saw you made it to the pregnancy boards...
It definitely depends on the dr. and you..but I stopped my injections around 8 weeks...switched to suppositories until about week 10. I think it was a little excessive since my progesterone was always high..but I guess they wanted to make sure I was making enough on my own.
