Let's talk about coffee
I decided to give up my coffee so I can start getting used to it. But can I have decaf? Is it just the caffeine that we shouldn't drink? My day feels incomplete!

Decaf is fine. Its the caffeine that makes it bad!! Good luck!! I did this months ago. the first two weeks were rough but now i feel great!!

i still have a cup everyday..
and even when i was PG i was still allowed to have 1 a day..

My dr. told me that 1 cup a day would be fine...TMI but it helps me go to the bathroom daily and the dr said it's better to take in the caffine then be constipated!

You should read the back of decaffeinated coffee. Not all of them decaffeinate in an "organic" way and use chemicals like formaldehyde to do the trick.
I think it is called Swiss water process, look for that in your decaffeinated coffees.
