I usually take mine at night after eating. If I take it on an empty stomach or only after eating something light, I feel nauseous.

I take mine in the late morning after breakfast....or should I say after round 3 of vomiting I have to take it then because I take all of my meds then and I need to take my prilosec and synthroid at the same time everyday. I have been taking prenatal vitamins for 2ys so i'm sure that is not why I am sick now

before bed - my ob told me it was the best time to take it b.c I will be asleep if it bothers my stomach. It worked for DD so I'm doing it again this time.

I take mine before bed w/o food because in the AM I take synthryoid (and I don't like to mix anything with the synthryoid). Doc said its a'ok. I also never had morning sickness.
Same for me...except I still got the m/s
