It can't hurt to be informed before you start! I'm kind of a dumb dumb when it come to fertility, but the rest of the ladies on TTC know what they're talking about!

OPK= Ovulation predictor kit
BD= Baby dance or sex
CD= Cycle day (what day you are in your monthly cycle)

Do you mean PCOS when you wrote BCOS?
If so PCOS is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
