Re: If you temp...what do you do on the weekends???
I didn't set my alarm the past 2 cycles but the girls on here said that I should. So today I did set my alarm and got up and temped and used my CBEFM and went back to bed.

Yes. It is very important to temp at the same time every day. I know it is a pain in the butt, but it was a very useful too for me and for my RE when I needed to do it.

Re: If you temp...what do you do on the weekends???
I didn't this morning and guess what....5:42 I was up and temping! Rolled over, went back to sleep!!!
I usually get up at 5:45. I was impressed.
I slipped a whole lot last month but this month I am setting an alarm. FF has a temp corrector that you can use as well. I did that a couple times last month!

My internal alarm clock wakes me up....It does stink but both DH & I are early risers, so I just get up the same time

Re: If you temp...what do you do on the weekends???
Sometimes I slip and skip one day on the weekend. For example, I didn't test today. But I am already past my coverline this month for multiple days, so I know I am in the middle of my luteal phase. If I skip today, I know it doesn't really matter because it's just one high temp in the middle of many high temps when I look at it later. Does that make sense? The only time I ABSOLUTELY make sure that I take my temperature on the weekends is when I am about to O, during O time, and immediately afterwards. Then it is super important and I do wake myself up. Otherwise, I am more relaxed for at least one of the weekend days.
