Need opinions
I had posted about two weeks ago that my cleaning lady had found my necklace that I had lost. Link to previous post
I think I should get her a gift in appreciation for finding it. DH thinks she was just doing her job and doesn't think she needs to get a gift.
#1 What do you think?
#2 What should I get her if I do get her anything?

I really dont think you NEED to get anything, but maybe a GC to a nail salon. Mani/pedi.

I agree. I don't think she's expecting a gift for finding something while she was cleaning. But if you want to get her something, I'd go with a gift card. A mani/pedi is a good idea, I know how nasty my nails are from cleaning all the time, lol!

i think a mani/pedi would be a VERY nice thing to do.
first of all, she was honest, which unfortunately not everyone in this world is.
second of all, she'll know you appreciate her honesty, which will probably lead her to do her absolute best with you in the future.
this will help you form a solid, trustworthy relationship.
yes, technically she was just doing her job--but we know not everyone would have given it to you.

Same here, the necklace meant SOOOOO much to you, so you can never err on the side of graciousness... Either a GC or an extra tip for her spend as she would like would be VERY thoughtful. So glad you have your necklace back btw!!

the mani/pedi thing sounds nice, or maybe a gc to her favorite store.
or maybe you know of something that she personally likes, like a favorite food, product or something and get that for her
