When can you start dilating?

I know everyone is different but when does the average pg woman begin to dilate and lose the mucus plug?

I understand the lose of a mucus plug doesn't happen to everyone but if it does when does it usually happen?

Wow, that's great! Does your OB suspect you may go early?

I am being scheduled for an induction at 38 weeks because I am on Lovenox, my ob is excited that I am already dilating though, he said it makes me a great candidate for induction.

I was scheduled at 39 weeks for the same reason, but I was not dialated at all, wound up with a c-section
