Spinoff:Dilating..do you feel anything?
Im not...at least not that I know of...maybe my doc appt later will tell me different.
If you are 1cm dilated, do you feel anything?
I am finally starting to feel a tad pressure down there  and twinges and a cramp here and there.
No discomfort really.
38wks and still comfy

My last PG I had a ton of pressure from 34 weeks on and never dialated (even after 18 hours of cervadil)
They have yet to do an internal this time since I am having a c-section so I don't know if I am dilated. But the pressure is unbearable at times!!!

I actually was having period like cramps the night before...thats why I went to the dr and found out I was 1cm. He said they were contractions.

I had tons of pressure and pain down there from 37-39 weeks and i was only a fingertip dilated when I went into labor with DD.
