Can't STAND him. He's Disney on stage. I can't stand that hokey crap. He can't do anything but those inspirational ballads - he is completely a one-trick pony.
To be honest, I WANT him to win it. LET him win it. Let him be another Taylor Hicks.
David Cook will be MUCH more successful!

I can't stand him at all and I am so scared that the Disney boy is going to win. Yeah he can sing, but I don't like him or his singing. He should sing disney or broadway type shows. But a pop/american idol album, no way.

I think he has a good voice, but he doesn't ever truly connect with his songs. I know that he's young, but he really needs to start figuring out who he is as an artist or he's going to have a teen idol type career.

YES. He oversings everything with all of those runs! I can't believe the judges like him so much.

OMG!!! I thought I was the only one that can't stand him. I sometimes mute the TV when he sings. SOOOO fake to me. He has nothing to say when they ask him questions... its always a sigh and scrunchy face...
I think David Cook should win, he is the most talented and hip. Not really sure about his personallity though.

I just started watching and I am astonished at how bad they all are. I Absolutely DO NOT have a favorite. The guy who sand Bob Marley...Sucked so bad! And I really didnt LOVE this Archuletta guy either.

ITA. Watch his taped interviews and any live comments he makes. They seem to give him less of an opportunity to speak live than other contestants (think Carly, Brooke, etc.).
