This Bothers Me

I am the type of person who goes above and beyond at my job. I exhaust every avenue to get things done. It bothers me when other people do not do that. I know that I gave you a list of things to do but if you would just take an objective look at it and realize its not as bad as you think you wouldn't have such an attitude. Now by taking the easy way out it makes my company not look as good and professional.

I am just annoyed. I have tons of work to do too but I don't go to my boss and tell him I can't do something.

I used to stay late, come early, work weekends... I still put in a looooong week and check my stuff on weekends BUT I know my bandwidth and I am no longer willing to sacrifice family time or my own emotional well being to satisfy my boss,

In my defense, I will tell him ahead of time if I don't have time for a particular project. I don't accept something and then tell him - "Yeah, sorry I can't do it!"
