for the onese that are actual cards, i keep the covers and use a detail on it (a snowflake or somethign) as gift tags for next years gifts if they are pretty.
i keep the photo ones for a while ...

I only keep the picture ones & put them in an album so I can look back year after year...

I keep the one from my husband, my parents and anyone else I am close with. All the rest go in the garbage.
