I hate it when people say "Jesus Christ". I have been saying "Cheese and Crackers" instead since I was in high school. I hope it is starting to spread. The phrase, not the cheese.

for me, hands down, it's the phrase:

 MAKES MY SKIN CRAWL!
I actually dislike "hands down".
Although "it is what it is" is much worse.
Of course it is what it is. It can't be what it isn't! Whenever someone says that I say to DH "the profile doesn't fit the profile!" I was from a commercial for some movie with Sandra Bullock I think, and it drove him crazy.
