Urgent Car Help!!
Hey All,
Yesterday, DH and I were driving back from upstate and my 2003 Saturn Vue started making a grinding sound when we would excelorate (only below 65). After 65 MPH the sound went away.
I'm relatively new to Holbrook, can anyone recommend an auto shop that quick and not going to screw me? I'm not driving my car all the way to Hicksville with this sound (being Hicksville is the closest Saturn dealership around). Thanks Kerry

My family always uses Tom's Service Shop on Main Street, its part of a gas station, right next to the railroad tracks. He is very honest and we have used him for years.

nope, they closed down all their Suffolk dealerships, Smithtown, Medford, Huntington & Bayshore. Hence why next car I get SOO won't be a Saturn!!

How is his speed? ie is he slow? Does it take a while to get general work done? Where exactly is it? Is it by Outback? Do you also have their number so I can call first thing in the morning? Thanks

Listen go to MTA and tell Rich you know us I will fm you my last name.
They will help you with everything. They are Super nice. Katies dh couldnt tell you what this is? Also, MTA is across from waldbaums on union . (you would make the right).

Yep - on Rt. 25 were all the other dealerships are...and as of last week it definitely was still open.

We've been going to Tom's for years. He is located on Main Street right before the railroad tracks. He's been at that location for at least 30 years. He is as honest as the day is long. I wouldn't think of bringing my cars to any one else. I've had my car back the same day and, at other times, had to wait a week or longer. It's all according to what is wrong with it, how long it is going to take to fix it and how many other cars he has to fix before yours. His number is 467-2143. If you use him, you won't be disappointed.
