Another question for daycare mom's
What the he!! do you put on them???? I mean clothes wise...
I would imagine it needs to be comfy... can you share what you put on them? Especially in the winter and for those of you who have to get going early in the am???
I will be leaving around 6 am for 730ish drop off...

Another question for daycare mom's
How old is your DC?
When my boys were young, they usually wore a onesie outfit thing in the summer or a long sleeved onesie with pants in the winter (if I put a fleece on top of it it was taken off by the end of the day).
Now that they are a little older - they wear shorts and t-shirts in the summer and long sleeved ts and comfy cotton pants in the winter. If it's chilly, they will wear a sweatshirt on top and when it gets colder, they wear their winter jackets (since they get outside play).

I would dress him like I would at home. The daycare sets there temp so its comfy in there.
And on a day like today where it was chilly in the am I just put a sweatshirt on him and shorts and a T.
If I'm not sure then layers and they will change as needed and I always sent in a light jacket or sweatshirt for the spring and fall when it was iffy.

I dress him like I normally would and then leave extra outfits/rompers in case of accidents/spit up/drool.

just normal clothes. when they were under a year i sent them in footed pajamas often.  but normal clothes from a year up

Normal clothes. Our babysitter has boys too so she has extra clothes for him, but I always pack an extra outfit and seasonal clothes, like a swimsuit now and a sweatshirt soon.
He's starting nursery school in January and that specifically says they must wear sneakers and play clothes.

Normal clothes(play/comfty), they each have a bin in their cubby where we keep extra clothes.

DD is starting in September. I stockpiled Carters onesies (short and long sleeved) and the matching pants.
Although I don't do shoes during the day, I will put on snugly bootees when it is cold out for the to-from commute.
