Spinoof to " I never thought I would be that MOM"...I am that Mom
DH and I just learned we will have to fly to FL Keys in Feb. I have never left my DD and DS who will be about 1 1/2 yrs old. I am so nervous about doing this. It will only be from Thurs. to Sun. but I am already getting anxious! My parents will be out of town so my IL's will have to do it. I feel bad for them too b/c it is a lot to take on.
My DH is basically ready to get on a plane and go right now. It is like he forgets that so many arrangements must be made...and that it is a big deal to leave our babies for 3 nights!!!!
Sorry I realize this post has become more of a vent for me!
Has anyone been in a predicament like this?

I've been there & felt that panic too. The logistics of everything was a huge undertaking, but I have to say it was great to be away as a couple.
