elderberry syrup?
My friend just told me about this? Anyone use it, know about it, research it.
She said its really good for colds.

I take 1 TBSP of elderberry with water almost every day (recommended by someone on these boards actually). You can also take a little bit more if you feel a cold coming on.

Whole Foods & Wild by Nature sells a kids version but you can adjust the amount of the normal one or dilute it in water for children it has instructions on the bottle.
Elderberry syrup & wild raw honey was a God send this year. No one in our house got even a cold!

I started my boys on this 1tsp daily all winter. If they get a food, you up it to every 4 hrs & shortened severity & period. It's been a godsent.
Dh & I also take the dissolveable tablets for ourselves.
