Pray for a miracle please... *FINAL UPDATE - RH Negative*
So Saturday morning I got a BFP (I attached the picture to a previous post). I went out and bought a digital and after I took it I wipped and there was blood. That was around noon on Saturday. It was heavy until Sunday afternoon and then last night there was nothing there. This morning still nothing but kept the pad on. Then later in the morning (around 10PM) it started again.
I just called the dr's office and they told me to come in for blood work and a sonogram. I used to have cycsts and I had 2 burst on me before. I'm just trying to come up with answers. It's so annoying but a little part of me is hoping that this shouldn't be happening and the test was right...please help me pray for a miracle!!!!
Update: After I posted yesterday I went to the bathroom (literaly an hour after I went to the bathroom and it started again). I pull my pants down and (TMI ALERT) there was like a blood spatter and a ball in my underwear. Very strange. So I was convinced that something happened and it was time to hit the dr DEF!
I went to the dr yesterday right after work. They did a sono and took a urine sample. They don't do the blood work there and I can't get an appt until tomorrow at Quest so we won't know def for a few days in which case it might be too late. When the tech did the sono she explained to me that it would be WAY too early to see something if there is a pregnancy there and being that the digital said "not pregnant" it might have been early. She seems to think that it was an early miscarriage (4 weeks). We're hoping the blood work can answer some more questions.

Final Update: I got a call from my dr about my blood work. She said I have RH negative blood and that I need to come in after a miscarriage to get a shot of Rhogam (sp?). So I have to go on Friday at 1PM to get the shot. My sister told me that it lasts up to 3 months so I'm hoping that I can get pregnant next month so I know I'm pregnant and it's not too late to monitor. So I have some questions?
Does anyone else have RH negative? If so, have you been able to have a healthy and normal pregnancy? And finally, after a chemical the dr didn't tell me if I need to wait a cycle or anything before trying again? Can we go right back into it? Thanks!

it def sounds a lot like a chemical pregnancy. you usually dont need an appointment to go to quest - if they gave you the script just walk in, you might have to wait but you will get the results sooner.

O! When I called it made it sound like I needed an appt. It's an automated service and I can't get anyone on the phone for it. I can't even go anymore today. I have PT and I HAVE to go so the next time I could go would be during work tomorrow anyway.

it sounds like it might have been a chemical pregnancy. and i agree, you don't need an appt for quest, but you would have to wait ..but at least get answers sooner

Thank you girls! I canceled the appt and am going straight after work to the one on Kissena in Flushing (we live not far from there). I'm so glad you girls told me I don't need an appt. I have no problem waiting if this is going to give me answers.
Now, how will they know it's a chemical? Is a chemical different then a miscarriage? Sorry I'm a little confused on the terms.

Sounds similar to what I experienced with my chemicals (chemical is just the term for an early miscarriage, before the pregnancy can be detected on ultrasound). I didn't have a ball or any noticeable tissue, but everything else sounds just like what I went through. Blood work will determine your level of pregnancy hormone, and is then repeated a couple of days later to see if it's going up apprpriately or going down. They can tell if you're having a miscarriage this way. Sorry you're going through this.

a chemical is an early miscarriage. basically a miscarriage that happens before a heartbeat can be detected. it tends to be due to failure with implantation in one way or another (which can be caused by like a billion different things). the only true way to confirm a chemical is through bloodwork. theoretically the bloodwork would come back positive for HCG with a number above 5, and then 48 hours later you would repeat the bloodwork and it would either be higher (the number should about double in a healthy pregnancy) or drop signifying a miscarriage. but if you have been bleeding already and have been getting BFN tests it might just come back negative altogether from the first set of bloodowork in which case you can only make assumptions based on the fact that you had a + pregnancy test a few days ago. good luck!!

ita..if this is a chemical, and i am so sorry if it is i would def go for bloodwork bc u want and meed to make sure ur levels r going down

Sorry you are going through this. I have RH Negative. It is really nothing. They give me a shot during pregnancy at 28 weeks and after birth. This is just so your body doesnt fight the next preganancy if your 1st baby was born with a differnt blood type which my son was.
It is nothing at all to worry about. You just have to get it now for the bleeding.
