Would you switch to a bed?
My 26 month old DD goes in her crib perfectly fine for naps and bedtime. There's no screaming, no fighting with her to sleep etc. just put her in, turn on her princess light, shut the door and she's out.
This past week she has been getting out in the morning on her own and coming downstairs. (I'm up alot earlier than the kids) I really don't want to put her in a bed yet because I feel like it's gonna turn bedtime into a war getting up and out now that it's simple for her with no crib.
Ugh what should i do?

Re: Would you switch to a bed?
if she is getting out of the crib on her own, i would switch her to a bed - for safety. DS started climbing out of the crib around 13 months and I switched him to a twin bed with rails and a baby gate across his door. It took some getting used to, but he did fine and I felt better knowing he would fall/get hurt climbing out of the crib.
