Highlights...
Do you highlight your hair for the summer? I'm torn between adding highlights again or just sticking to my "natural" color...

I do.. but I'm naturally light haired and had gone dark and wanted to get back my natural hair color nad this is the only way to do it without killing my hair. :)

This summer I did. I was dying my hair (at home) for over two years and it got to a point where it just looked "blahhh"
I went back to my salon and they gave me highlights and lowlights to lighten up my hair all over. It was the only way to do it. I love it but it's a lot of maintenance. Highlights alone aren't too bad though.

I don't just do it for summer- i do it all the time.
It is a LOT of maintaince and money though.
