Calcium and prenatals

Does anyone take the gummy Prenatals and or gummy calcium tablets? I cant for the life of my drink milk and I really need to get calcium. I also am having such a hard time with the prenatals I am on. I want to start those in the gumy form as well.

I drink milk and eat a lot of dariy-cheese yogurts etc. but I take those calcium gummies, I have for a very long time. my dr told me I don't need them but I do anyway.

to get enought you need to take 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. it might even be 3x a day so it gets costly. I just take 2 at night even though I get enough between the prenatials and my intake

if you really get no calcium in your diet you should take the reg pills, since you need more then those gummies will provide you

I have tried. I really have! I eat cheese sticks so i'm getting SOME calcium. I also eat yogurt. So between those two and the gummies I will be getting an ok amount right?

my dr told me if nothing else I could always chew on 2 tums a day for extra calcium!
