Does anybody take a calcium supplement?
I dont eat a lot of dairy but I do take my prenatal everyday. I worry that I am not getting enough calcium...anyone take a supplement?? TIA!

I do when I remember :). Sometimes I take it before bed since I take my prenatal in the AM.

I do! My doctor told me to take Citracal 250mg with D 2x a day.
