Oh Good...I'm right smack in the highest snowfall total...12 inches!!! 
Actually - that IS a good thing...it means I can stay home from work and put away Christmas! (Yes, it's still all there - tree and all!  )

Just think if you were still my neighbor. We could've gotten snowed in to one of our places and let the kids play together while we sat back drinking wine by the fireplace. 
Hell, want to come over anyway for a sleepover? My husband is doing this storm, so he has the triple shift at work. I get to stay home this time!

Sorry you have to fly solo on this one! Good excuse to go make a snowman with Michael though (why is it that particular activity was SO much more fun when we were kids!??!?!)!

I hope whatever we get is either enough to make us not have work or nothing at all. One or the other because there's nothing more annoying than four-six inches which means we will probably HAVE work and HAVE to go in with a good amount of snow on the ground. So, either hit me with 10-12 inches or don't hit at all

I hear you on that. Nothing worse than that in between crap. Then again, I hope the roads are passable by Wednesday afternoon so my husband can come home. As soon as he gets home, I go to work. None of this for me.

Snow is supposed to start Tuesday evening. (So if I hear any of you b!tching tomorrow that you aren't seeing snow and the weather people are stupid, I will personaly hunt you down.)

STARTS TO TAPER OFF FROM W TO E DURING WED AFTN."
This means the worst of the storm will be hitting while most people are sleeping Tuesday night into Wednesday. You will wake up and say 'ah crap', she was right.
So, it's safe to say that Tuesday night when I get off from work in Queens at 12am and start to drive home to East Islip, it's gonna take me like 2+ hours to get there instead of the usual 50 minutes?
