when i commuted to NY thats the time i was getting in, leaving at 6:30 in the am.
Now i work part time 3 days a week and im home by 4:30
I used to feel like a part time mom during the week b/c i would see him an hour before we left for daycare, and an hour before he was ready to go to sleep. it blows..big time...
thats exactly how i feel. like im a weekend mom. i see DS for a half hour in the morning and half hour at night during the week. he sees his daycare teacher much more than me.

I'm home at 3:30. She goes to bed between 8:30 - 9:30.
I work 6-2 in the city, so I'm out of the house at 5am.
I hate my job but it allows me to be home by 3:30 so I stay.

I get home between 5:30/6:00. DD usually goes to bed between 7:30-8:30 depends on if she takes her 2nd nap.

Usually 5:50 and then its dinner, bathtime bed for my 17 month old. He goes to bed at 7 pm
I get a little more time with my 3 yr old who goes to be about 9ish

between 545-630 depending on the night.
by 730, DS is looking for his bath, bottle and bed  i feel like i get to spend ZERO time with him. I sooooo look forward to weekends now

As on Monday, I'll leave the house at 520am and will get off the train at 440pm. I changed my work schedule from 9-5 to 7-3 so I could spend more time w/ the boys at night.
3 hours of commuting each day SUX but at least I will now have Fridays off.
The boys go to bed around 7:30pm - 8pm.

Depends on how busy I am - anytime between 5 and 6:30 - Fridays during the summer I either work from home or get home by 3. My dcs go to bed at 9.

I pick them up at 5:00. DD is in bed by 8pm. DS in an infant so he doesn't really have a bed time. I am gone before they wake up in the morning.

Most nights I am home by 7:00 but there are some nights I work even later  DS goes to bed around 8:00 so I wish I had more time with him

Wow! I didnt' realize how many other moms were in my same position as me. I was feeling like I was the only one!
It's so tough being a working mom, I give us all alot of credit. We need to all get together and start a business on long island and alternate work days! :) ha

Same.
I usually meet my in-laws in the parking lot at my job if she's at their house for the day so she's in the car with me by 5pm those days.

ive been back to work for 2 months and i def know the feeling, I still struggle with it. I get home at 6pm. i try to get alot of the errand type things down while he's sleeping at night so i can just soak up every second with him when we are home at night before he goes to bed. at first he could fall asleep by 730 which only gave up an hour and a half together, i would be so sad when the night would end. but now he's going to bed later so we have more time together.
best advice is to just make the most of your time together and enjoy the weekends doing fun things.

Depends. If I can motivate myself to get to work by 7:30, I'm home by 4:30. Most days I get to work between 8-8:30 so I'm home between 4:30-5:30. The girls go to sleep around 7:30/8pm, so I get a good 2-3 hours with them.

I work 7-4 and I'm 5 minutes from my house. There are days I stay until 5-530 even 6 so it varies. For the most part I'm home by 430.

My company has flexible hours, so I used to be 8:30 to 4:30 and now I do 8:00 to 4:00 so I have more time with DD.

I get home between 6:30-7pm depending on the train and DS goes to bed between 8:15-8:30 PM usually.
its sad but i try to enjoy every momnth i can of those 2 hours. Its sooo hard

I am home usually by 6:30-7pm. DS goes to bed 9:30-10. I literally live for the weekends. It's the only time we have some time for ourselves.

7pm and DS is ready for bed by 8:30. I would love to push him till 9 but he gets tired and cranky so its not good for him or me. I feel like we do alot in that hour and a half though.

I leave work at 4:30, pick the boys up and we're usually home by 6PM. Bedtime is between 8 and 9PM so DH can see them for a bit after he gets home from work, usually around 7:30.
