Made it to Dr. B’s this morning and I have two mature follies on the left side and one growing on the right. The one on the right may not make it but that’s FINE with me since two are mature already. I can’t believe it!! This is my first REAL shot at TTC since going off BCP in May!! I did O once on my own since then but it happened so late in my cycle on CD32 and after 3 false alarms with OPKS – so DH and I didn’t exactly take advantage of it since I didn’t really think it was happening.
So TECHNICALLY speaking this is our first REAL attempt at making a baby!! I do one more follistim shot tonight to mature the eggies a bit more (they are 19mm and 18mm right now). Then tomorrow night I will do the ovidrel trigger (my first time getting to trigger!!).
I can’t help but feel overly positive about this because the stars seem to finally be aligning for me. I trigger tomorrow night and it just so happens that because I am changing jobs at the end of the month, I actually don’t have to work this weekend. This is the first Valentine’s Day weekend I haven’t had to work in over SIX YEARS!! And of course it’s Valentine’s Day, so it’s the perfect opportunity to knock boots anyway!!!
If you read my blabbering this far, TIA!! I am SO excited!! This is the first time since going off BCP and TTC that something is actually going right!! Now I’m just that sperm meets egg this cycle and I don’t have to do all these meds again until #2 (or #3 since I have two eggies )

I went to see Dr. B. this morning too. I have 3 eggs at 14mm. I am on CD 9 today. I go back on Saturday and he said if they keep growing at the rate they are now then we will do the IUI on Monday for you.

I am right with you ladies! Going in tomorrow for a sono and should be triggering over the weekend with an IUI to follow! Here's to a happy month for us all!!!
Ooooh crossing everything for you!!! We went off BCP the same month, so I've been following your journey (and going through my own for the same amt of time)--I so hope this is it for you!
thanks everyone!! we havent told anyone IRL that we are TTC, let alone that I have PCOS and don't ovulate really at all... so really you are the only people other than DH who I can share the good and the bad with!! i am really thankful that i have you girls and this board!!

did my trigger last night, BD last night and this morning. prob wont BD again til tomorrow morning so DH can refuel (even though when i asked he said he "serviced himself" yesterday i almost knocked him out - he KNEW all day we had to BD)...
anyway he has a good count so im not too concerned. just want to make sure theres swimmers there prior to and soon after O.. it's the best I can do!
